China Lion Film Distribution was founded in 2010 and, with shareholders Jiang Yanming, Huayi Brothers and Bona Film Group, has celebrated more than four years of bringing Chinese-language films to North America, Australia and New Zealand. In 2014, the company formed a production company devoted to developing and financing feature length film projects for both the Chinese-language and English-language marketplace. China Lion Film is headquartered in Los Angeles with international offices in Toronto, Sydney and Beijing and has theatrically released a number of major films from top Asia-Pacific producers.
